Ello porque, en medio del respectivo saludo, el papa le hizo ver a Stallone que había crecido viendo sus películas, recalcándole además que para él era un honor recibirlo en la Santa Sede.

De hecho, el argentino le dio un apretón de manos a cada una de las hijas del actor, mientras comentaba: “¡Tres, un montón!!“.
La cita quedó registrada en un video publicado por el sitio oficial Vatican News, donde se detalla el día a día del papa, como ocurrió cuando el argentino fue hospitalizado, previo a su deceso, contexto en que esta plataforma informó periódicamente acerca de su salud.
“Muchas gracias por haberse tomado el tiempo de su ajetreada agenda, lo apreciamos muchísimo”, le dijo el actor a Bergoglio, quien le sinceró sentirse honrado por su visita junto a su familia.
Fue entonces cuando se produjo un momento que no tardó en viralizarse, propiciadao por el actor, quien se atrevió con una performance que nadie esperaba. Para ello, levantó los puños, simuló estar iniciando una pelea al más puro estilo de su icónico personaje, y le hizo una divertida consulta.
“¿Listo para boxear?”, le preguntó al papa, quien con evidente sentido del humor alzó su puño izquierdo en un gesto cómplice con la convocatoria de su visita, siempre sonriendo.
